Celia- accessible literature
Celia’s aim is to work towards equality for persons with print disabilities, in terms of access to literature and information.
Celia’s book collection boasts more than 40 000 talking books, which may be borrowed free of charge by all users with a print disability.
Multilingual Library
Library services for foreigners living in Finland. Multilingual Library is situated on the entrance floor at Pasila Library. It is open to all people. The collection has books for children, young people and adults in more than 80 languages. In addition to books, the collection has music recordings, movies, magazines, audiobooks and e-books.
Multilingual Library sends library materials to all parts of Finland. If you do not live in Helsinki or metropolitan area, you can go to the closest library and ask staff to order the items you want from the Multilingual Library.

Russian Library
Library services for Russian speaking population, and to all who are interested in the Russian language and culture. More than 15 000 books in Russian can be reserved for free to any corner of Finland. Material also available in th Ukranian language.
Sign up at your local Library and then you can recieve the books you choose to a post office near you. Search and make reservation for the books you want in Helmet Library database
